1 medium ripe avacado, peeled and seeded
1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
2 Tbsp minced fresh cilantro
2 tsp. lime juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1/8 tsp. salt
MAKES 4 SERVINGS
- In a small bowl, mash avavadao with a fork.
- Add in all remaining ingredients.
- Serve immediately, with tomatoes and red onions. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
