8 oz Macaroni
2 cups Milk
10 oz shredded Cheddar Cheese
3 Eggs
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
- Cook macaroni according to package directions, omitting salt. Drain.
- Heat oven to 400 deg Fahrenheit.
- Put macaroni in baking dish.
- In a bowl, beat 3 eggs with a fork. Add 2 cups milk, 2 1/2 cups cheese, 1 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp pepper. Pour over macaroni. Stir to combine mixture with macaroni.
- Cover with foil. Bake for 40 minutes. Uncover. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
