1 lb ground beef
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
6-oz can tomato paste
1 cup water
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp prepared yellow mustard
1 Tbsp onion flakes
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp celery seeds
1/4 tsp ground cumin
- Cook the ground beef in a saucepan until it browns. Drain.
- Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until it thickens, 30 to 40 minutes.
- Use about 3 tablespoons per hot dog. Freeze whatever you don't use. Enjoy!
