Avacado Sauce for Burgers

This is a great sauce I discovered yesterday.  My wife loves the taste of Avacado, but I enjoy it as an accent to food.  This burger sauce is a happy medium.

 1 medium ripe avacado, peeled and seeded
1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
2 Tbsp minced fresh cilantro
2 tsp. lime juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1/8 tsp. salt

MAKES 4 SERVINGS
  1. In a small bowl, mash avavadao with a fork.
  2. Add in all remaining ingredients.
  3. Serve immediately, with tomatoes and red onions.  Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
