Frozen, deep dish pie crust or Homemade pie crust
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup mayonaisse
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese of your choice (we used Mozzarella and cheddar)
SERVES 4
- Preheat oven to 350 deg Fahrenheit.
- Beat eggs, mayonnaise, milk, salt, and nutmeg together.
- Mix together egg mixture with vegetables and cheese.
- Pour into pie crust. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
